You
must have your setting available to continue
If you follow these 350 easy steps, you will soon discover
how simple it is to start receiving your own emails inside
of outlook. Let’s start with the obvious:
1. Put on your magic hat
2. Make sure your machine is on, and that all other programs
are closed. (This just makes things easier)
3. Turn the music off (I just think better when the music
isn’t shaking the windows)
4. Put your shoes back on….
Now that you are ready to start getting outlook to do what
you want it to do, I have drawn these pretty pictures to assist
you in follow the directions. (Not that you are going to actually
follow them, but at least you will know what the end result
should be)

5. Open Outlook

6. Click on Tools --> Email Accounts in the drop down
menu at the top of the screen

7. A new window will open. Select “add a new email
account”, then click next.

8. Select POP3 inside this window and then click next.

9. When you get to this screen you will need to fill in
the blanks. Make sure that you use your information in place
of the information in this window. After you have finished
filling in the information, click “more settings”.

10. Once this window opens, you can fill in the Mail Account
with any label that you like for this account. Then click
through the tabs at the top of the window.

11. The Zylo-Net server DOES require authentication.
Make sure this is selected or you will not be able to send emails. Now this won't bother me all that much, but you may wish to seriously consider the outcome of not being able to send an email to anyone. That wouldn't be fun, and it makes productivity slow down alot. Continue to the connection tab.

12. Select your internet connection method. Then continue
to the “advanced” tab.

13. Under this tab, select “leave a copy on server”
and all the checks beneath it. Then click “OK”.
14. Once you have completed the previous step, the window
will close and you will be back at this window. Select “Finish”
and this window will close.

15. Now you are ready to start using outlook. Good luck and
don’t forget to take off that silly hat, there isn’t
any magic in it, we just wanted to see if you were paying
attention!
